Contemporary Sculpture and Ritual Objects Shaped by Material and Memory.

Anna Monet Studio is a San Francisco–based multidisciplinary practice bridging experience in fashion, design, and contemporary art.

With a global perspective shaped through collaborations with institutions and museums worldwide, the studio grounds its sculptural work in material research and cultural dialogue. Guided by respect for nature and the interconnectedness of all things, the practice creates for collectors, curators, and institutions seeking contemplative works that blur the boundary between art and design. Each piece—whether sculpture, installation, or object of ritual—invites stillness, presence, and reflection.

Featured Works

Altar of Reflection (2024)

Ceramic and mirror sculptural object first exhibited with Re.Riddle during San Francisco Design Week. This work explores thresholds between solidity and illusion, inviting quiet confrontation with the self through ritual and reflection.

Portal of Reflection (2022)

Ceramic and mixed media wall sculpture that functions as both object and threshold. Its fluid form frames a mirrored void, accompanied by elemental details that invite ritual use. Portal of Reflection creates a contemplative space where material and spirit meet—an opening into memory, presence, and transformation.

Petal (2023)

Alabaster and limestone sculpture inspired by organic unfolding. The alabaster form, mounted on a limestone base, suggests both delicacy and strength—like a petal opening, yet fossilized in stone. The work speaks to nature’s paradox of softness and permanence, of growth held still.

Okno (2022)

Carved from honeycomb calcite, this sculpture captures the interplay of solidity and illumination. Its translucent body glows with inner light, while the carved void suggests a passage or threshold. Okno embodies the feeling of looking through a window, through the opening in the stone that appears both enduring and ephemeral, holding a quiet radiance within.

I am Anna Monet, a San Francisco–based sculptor and contemporary artist creating ritual-inspired objects, sculptures, and installations in clay, stone, and metal.

My work is rooted in material exploration and ritual practice, using natural elements to create contemplative forms that blur the line between art and design. Each piece serves as a threshold—an invitation to stillness, reflection, and presence. My work has been exhibited at Minnesota Street Project  / Re.Riddle Gallery during San Francisco Design Week and featured through collaborations with institutions including the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum, and Pérez Art Museum Miami.

Collectible Objects
